sorry, i cannot help with lighting, maybe others can. i mostly grow outdoors. this was in a shadier back spot of my balcony, no direct light, shaded by other plants, trellis and 70% shade cloth on the south and west end. i think i did see a person on here that grew vandas under lights... i don't think this would need anything drastic. if neofinetias do well, you should be able to grow this one i think.

this has been in bloom for over a month now. only one stem, but still a young plant. birds kept pulling it out of the treefern pot going after the moss it was in, so i put it in a small plastic pot inside a deeper clay pot with more bark in the mix and less moss.

Wow! Time really flies! I remember this one, mine is still too small to bloom, but it has grown three leaves since I bought mine last year. Great to see an update!
