OOh... those flowers take my breath away!! I love the symmetry of the lip and the petals... they are almost perfectly equally proportioned! It would seem that this is a peloric plant, yes? I've never heard of a Guaricattonia before, so I'm not "up" on all their characteristics, but I'm just amazed at the symmetry between the lip and the petals! And the slight flares of yellow going up into the petals would seem to say 'peloric' to me.

Anyway, this one is going right on my wish list!! GORGEOUS!!!

Trilabiate (peloric)? I would say yes!
One of the ancestors (a grandfather) is C. intermedia and was used to give the symmetric form of a trilabiate flower to this beautiful clone.

I was about to say the same thing. Our Why Not x Why Not was recently blooming and is so red. Would love to have this one. I like the color.
