    I obtained it from a breeder by the name of Allen Black. You can probably search for and contact him.

    Thanks, John!!! Just so you know, the rules of this forum don't allow for posting orchid sources in threads... there's a good chance your comment will get pulled or altered. Make sure you have your private messaging turned on; that's really the only place we're allowed to mention where we obtained something, and even then I'm not 100% sure that's okay...

    I know Allen. I have traded with him in the past. He is a bit of a Brasavola nut... When I saw the clonal name 'Joy Black', I assumed he had named the clone.

    *chuckle* yeah i'm fairly fond of Brassavola too. His plants figured pretty strongly in it at one point lol
