I just broke snapped a pseudobulb on a dendrobium in half. This was a currently growing immature pseudobulb, and it was broken cleanly in half. I immediately pressed the two sides of the broken pseudobulb back together and wrapped some tape around it. Is there any chance that these two sides will grow back together? Since this was a growing psuedolbulb, maybe it's more likely to heal? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I'm going to remain optimistic, and hope that it can heal back together. Plenty of other plants families will easily graft and heal stems together. It's done with fruit trees all the time. I had a Monstera, an arum, that I snapped a brand new growth off of. In that instance I taped the broken growth back on the plant with a splint, and it healed back together. I'm hoping this works with my orchid.
