    Smile Catasetum Jose Abalo 'SVO' x Ctsm. fimbriatum v. morrenianum 'SVO'

    Again, bought this last fall. One spike with 4 flowers though I knocked another bud off early in its development. A Fred Clarke mini-hybrid.

    congrats!!
    first time seeing a fimbriatum looses in a duel...hahaha. usually any cross with the fimbriatum wold produce progeny resembling more of the fimbriatum. seems like here the sanguineum prevails, as in other sanguineum hybrids.
