Coelogyne - getting ready for winter

I purchased a Coelogyne ochracea last spring as an impulse at an orchid show. The blossoms were so wonderfully fragrant. I kept in outdoors (PA, USA) all summer on a covered porch, where it did okay, so far as I can tell. But now what? The AOS has a page on general Coelogyne care, but not this particular species.

It's potted in brown sphagnum moss, and other things I don't know the identity of. Definitely not the tree fern recipe listed by AOS. Here are a few pictures:

How should I handle winter?

Should I repot it? Right now the plan is to put it in my unheated basement (45-55℉) under fluorescent lights and water sparingly.

I looked this species up on a website called IOSPE. I found Coelogyne ochracea is synonymous with the orchid named Coelogyne nitida. Here is a link to that websites info for it. The info doesn't give any special notes on wintering so I would treat it as any other orchid over the winter that doesn't require a dry period. Reduce fertilization and watering frequency until new growth begins in the spring when it is normal for it to bloom.

Personally, I have a Coelogyne fimbriata. It is potted in a bark mix and has really begun to take off. But they like totally different temps. With yours liking it cooler.

I think I would repot into a bark mix which should allow it to dry out better between waterings and avoid the rot that looks like it has a tendency toward.
