I like this. I recently ordered one which should arrive next week. I understand that they are easy to grow. One of their common names is 'Baboon Butt'. I can see why.
Very interesting and pretty. And Karin, I think I truly enjoy looking at this flower over a Baboon butt lol! But can also see why the nickname. Enjoy your new plant!
Very cute species.
Cool! One of my 1st orchids. Mine is mounted on cork as well. I water daily from February until November and fertilize weekly. Rest of the year no fertilizer and only water twice a week.
Elio, I have come to the conclusion all you have to do is touch the plant and it will thrive and give great gifts of beautiful blooms.

Looks awesome. Have not seen this before. Thanks for sharing this beauty
Very pretty
Your statement and perhaps a little exaggerated, orchids dedicate long time and not only do research on Their habitat and try, as far as possible to create the microclimate in Loro More congenial; Maximum limit myself to pesticides, And When Necessary EE can prefer to introduce the greenhouse predators antagonists, arachnids, er the control of whiteflies, carriers of viral diseases, antagonists Encarsia formosa and Macrolophus caliginosus, for example x Fighting an infestation of red spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) What has haunted my greenhouse had years ago, I introduced the Phytoseiulus persimilis, in short I have disinfected the environment, without the use of pesticides and respecting the microclimate, my humble opinion, and this is very important, pesticides from a side solve the infestation, but slow growth, destroy anche antagonists and get less vigorous plants.
