    Default Vanda luzonica

I went to the orchid show in town and purchased five plants. One of them is this Vanda luzonica seedling. I know it will take a long time but eventually it will become huge. Is it best to leave seedlings in spagh awhile or should I go ahead and transition it to bare root?Name: image.jpeg

Allow it to stabilize in your environment and then go ahead and transition to bark or even better bare root baskets.

    I would agree with Sriram!

Good to see you back on Traci, how was school this past year? You getting close to graduation?

Thank you Sriram and Jack. I will do that.
Jack school is still in session until June 16th and then immediately after I start 4th year. I graduate next May. It has been good but very tiring. I have been on surgery for the past three months so it has been very long days (up at 2 am to 5 am ) home anywhere from 6 pm to 10 pm with some 30 hour shifts in trauma surgery. I'm on urology surgery now so the hours are better as surgery doesn't begin until 7 am and we finish surgeries by 3 pm.
Thanks for asking. I have missed the boards and people here.

Thank you Dr. Zainal. I will do that. I didn't realize until I got home that this is often a difficult species to find for sale. Was happy to at least purchase a seedling.
