    Ray, if there was a place that you could put the plant close to any cooler or even in your house in a high light area on a tray with stones & water or even close to the floor in your orchid house?? It should be ok.

    I would bet that the mixture of Sarcochilus / Rhynchostylis ancestry gives this broad temperature tolerance.

    That might be true, but now that I am a windowsill grower, and these plants have the audacity to grow, I have to limit my collection very strictly.
