    I have some , still waiting for blooming . one plant is weak, new leaf is smaller compare to old one.

    That was sign of stress maybe you need to change the media.

    The best with me is larva rocks together with perlite avoid to use pumice stones as he got some thing that will inhibit proper stem formation.

    So should i water everday or keep it moist. My one is potted with cocopeat.

    If you are using lava rock I would suggest once a day but coco peat at least 2 to 4 days, too soggy is not good for the roots and it will rot without you realize it just be careful.
