From Luzon, Phillippines. In nature the plants grows on mossy limestone cliffs. It is an intermediate grower. It doesn't get a total rest but I dry it out between waterings in the winter

I've had one for 3 or 4 years now, and it's healthy, but hasn't ever bloomed. It's getting lots of light, and I too slow the water down in the winter. Are there any other triggers?

Not sure. It likes intermediate to cool temps, I allow a fall cool down to around 50 and the temp goes down to 60 degrees in the winter. Maybe that helps.
