By now I've a couple of mini's for my terrarium, and It's starting to look really great (the flash has made it look really brown...), but today I decided to check out the roots on some of the plants just to be sure. Sadly I think I've been overwateringalot of rotten roots here.. SO my question is - How offten do you other terrarium keepers water/mist/turn on dripping?? The humidity is running at aprox 90%, and I'm growing a good mix of plants with different requirements - maybe that wasn't the smartest move
here's a list:
Aerangis fastuosa
Bulbophyllum lasiochilum
Cirrhopetalum lepidum
Cischweinfia dasyandra
Dendrobium abberans
Dendrobium kingianum
Dendrobium moniliforme
Leptotes bicolor
Oncidium Twinkle
Phalaenopsis Mini Mark
Phalaenopsis parishii
Promenaea Meadow Gold
Restrepia elegans
Sedirea japonica
I can handle the differences in temperature requirements since the tank is quite tall and it's aprox 22 degrees celcius in the bottom and 30 in the top.
Hope you guys can help me figure out a schedule to stop all that rot! For now I'm thinking twice a week with humidity kept at 90% - does that sound about right??

And a pic: (still a lot of space to fill out))
