    Default Grammatophyllum Scriptum

    This is one of the few orchids that we have had bloom so far this season. We have alot of things in spike right now though!

    Hello -
    What do you do with the inflorescence? Stake upward, or let it go where it wants? Big honkin' plant, isn't it?

    I just let every spike go wild, and do what it wants to do. I figure in the wild.... the plants don't have any humans coming around them staking up their spikes!

    Cool blooms.

    It almost resembles Grammatophyllum multiflorum var tigrinum.
