Got the Phal. floppies ?

Off and on there will be a Phal. leaf that is not square with the world when growing , a very fast growing tender new leaf wants to grow flopped over , this is how I correct it , if caught early . Caution a little correction at a time,(fragile) the tape has to be moved every few days or will dent the leaf . Maybe I am just Monkish Gin

I have resorted to similar tactics. Aside from looking ugly, these floppy leaves seem to sometimes inhibit the growth of the following leaf.

Great way to fix the uneven Miss Gin Monk !!!! I Like it and those floppy leaves do hide all kinds of bad stuff. Being Monkish doesn't necessarily make you a bad person and that is from someone who has to have all of the hanging basket hooks facing the same way, LOL.

I feel better Cin I have a few quirks like that , check the stove and the coffee pot and computer to make sure they are off before leaving the house at least 2 times . All money if there is any in my wallet has to be in numerical order and faced . Then there is the T paper roll .. just kidding about it . Ginmonk

What's wrong with making sure the TP rolls overhand or facing all your hooks the same way? Or making sure all your hanging baskets line up at the bottoms.. or arranging your pots from shortest to tallest (as long as they're in the same light) ...??? It makes things look neater. And when the whole world is out of control, why not control the tiny things, even if they don't really matter?

Seriously, neat idea on the leaf, though. If I get one that has that trouble, I'll have to keep this in mind.
