Funny. Outside is the only place I've had no issues with miniroses. Inside, they always become the source of spidermite infestations or have other issues as a result of the extremely dry air. Outside, they've been pretty much ignored (planted them at my parents' place) though one summer bugs defoliated them & the lil bushes bounced back from that without a problem.
