Thanks everyone!
I have been growing it exactly like the rest of my paphs. This is the first time I have bloomed this plant. It doesn't require alot of light. Seems like it likes the greenhouse conditions. Paph orchids should be watered generously and kept damp (not wet). Since they do not have pseudobulbs, the plants use their roots for water and nutrient storage, therefore the roots should never be alowed to completely dry out. When potting, use a small bark mix that will retain water a bit longer than something like an oncidium that needs to dry out quickly before being watered again.
These type Paphs generally do well in 'average' temps. 70-85 or so degrees Fahrenheit daytime and going a bit cooler at night with fairly high humidity 40 - 70 %. They appreciate lots of air movement so to avoid problems with water that gets on the leaves.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
