What does everybody do, especially wondering s/h users, when your orchids stair-step, i.e, the p-bulbs start to grow higher and higher over the media so that the new little roots are suspended and not in contact with the media? Oncidiums seem to do this particularly and I don't want to repot all the time, plus, doing so would really bury the old p-bulbs, which might rot. What is the best solution?
