Thanks all for the advice and suggestions! These 'red' blooms will have to learn to live in a rather blue state and just get on with it! I like them too much to dump them (sorry Garland!)

There was actually a NOID Milt at the show that had close to a dozen buds, but no idea what the flower looked like. I was tempted to grab it, but some Milts really dazzle me and the flowers of some look like...well, an old dish rag they're so ho-hum.

This had one flower blooming and I was very happy with the coloration. So, I'll get over the name. Hell, if that's the worst complaint about a child...

Knees hurt like hell, but the meds help. Jason, you're right - they're lousy joints, but after serious sports injuries 20 years ago, being hit by a car on my bike and 20 years of worsening osteoarthritis, it was time. Prognosis is good, but lots of rehab yet. The drugs really help. I've tried to scale back some in the last couple of days, but it's barely 10 days since surgery and fewer drugs hurts way to much. More chemistry for a bit longer!
