Hi Everybody,

I apologize for having been away for so long. Just to update you, my landscaper did not take very good care of my orchids while I was in California, and frankly, I didn't know if I could save any of them, and so, did not really have anything to contribute to the site.

Thank you Bruce for worrying about me.

Anyhow, I've been fighting to save my babies. Had some success, although I did lose some also. This, however is just boggling my mind. This beautiful Paph Wardii is not only back from the brink, it seems beyond happy and healthy. And then one day, I noticed something that could have been either a leaf, or a bud. Well, turns out to be a bud, and it's growing like a little weed. It's a thirsty little one, and I've been watering it almost daily. But the biggest surprise for me is when I purchased it, I was told it would probably take about two years to see blooms. The date on the tag I made when it arrived though, was May 28th of this year, so you can just imagine my shock at finding it budding.
