I cross orchids all the time, and my pollination success rate in about 90%.

Having said that, I have this gorgeous Phal NOID on my desk at work that refuses point blank to be pollinated. I have tried "selfing", I've brought in some pollen from another plant in my greenhouse, I've even tried taking some of it's pollen and crossing it with a plain white phal at home. Nothing works.

My office aircon is set to around 68 F, i'm now wondering if this has something to do with it, or is this hybrid just plain sterile?

I don't really want to resort to stem propagation, but this is such a beauty.
