    Default What is this? Roots?

    I just noticed these things growing out of my orchid's pot recently and now there are 2 of them. Are they roots? Is it time to repot?

    I have a picture attached with blue arrows to indicate the "weird" growths.

    Also I think my leaves look a little yellow-ish...does that mean not enough water or light?

    Any suggestions/ideas much appreciated
