Cattleya orchid not blooming ....

I bought this baggie baby at least two years ago. It looked like a medium size catt, and the leaves are still pretty much the same size as when I bought it. It grows nicely, but won't bloom. I've burned it...given it more food, less food and still nothing. Any suggestions? (i've already threatened it with the trash can, didn't work...)
