Paph. Delophyllum (Paph delenatii x Paph Moquetteanum)

I got this one sunday night and it was over potted and they used bark, charcoal and a lot of newspaper lol. i unpotted and cleaned it up and most of the roots where rotted and there is only a few good roots which are kind of dry. It had 2 spike but i cut off one of them because the top of the spike with the bud was all dry and dead. Should i cut the other spike off or let it bloom. How should i care for this paph. I try looking it up online but all i got was that its paph. Delophyllum (paph. delenatii x paph glaucophyllum) but mine has paph. Moquetteanum. Is glaucophyllum the same as Moquetteanum or what?? i'm confused
