Not large, a good 9cm, but these are UK winter blooms , which I don't expect to be as good, or as many on the spike, as summer blooms.But this is a young plant , 2nd time of flowering, so should improve.
I have been getting as many as 11 or 12 flowers on the best Vanda spikes this year , which is more than pretty good for UK - but that's on plants I have had for 5 or more years . Five is the count on this one.
It's a much better colour than any of the half a dozen or so illustrated on Orchidwiz ,if I doo say so myself, being less than modest , but it is quite a variable cross - I have others with the same name tag which are pink rather than purple.
