I am new here and thought I would try posting a question that I have. I hope I have put this in the right place. Since I am new I have been looking at and reading a lot of the older posts. I came across one that was exactly what I was looking for. Back in July and August of 2010 there was a thread about Tolumnia's and especially a Tolumnia velutina (which looks exactly like my Tolumnia sylvestris). In this thread a member - Tom-19952 showed some pictures of his in a basket. I would love to do that with my plant since it has outgrown the small pot it is in. My question is does anybody know what to plant the Tolumnia in when you put it in a basket? I know they have to dry out quickly. I didn't think that bark would be a good media because the roots are so fine but I don't know what would be better. I could sure use some help with the answer to this question I have. Thank you in advance for for any assistance anyone can give me.
