Default Mechanical damage on seedlings? Now what?

These seedlings were deflasked just over a month ago. Last night they looked great, and I didn't notice any problems this morning. When I came home at lunch I noticed several of them had damaged, bent and/or broken leaves. There was someone in my apt. working this morning, but I hate to point the finger if this could have been caused by something else. What do you think?

Also, what do I do now? I did spray the injured ones with fungicide (white residue in photos), and they seem to have scabbed over since lunch.

How badly does this affect their chances of survival? Thanks.
