I have this down as v.concolor , but that is always arguable , and i think in most cases "varieties" have little official taxonomic blessing , anyway.
Whatever. I like denisoniana for its clear lemony colour ( although I have seen but rapidly disposed of, a 4n form which was a dingy brown colour). Flowers not large - maybe 6-7cm, and as you can see I get maybe 5 on a spike.
I raised a flask, many years ago , and they were all identical btw.
As a species, it doesn't make plants as big as say coerulea or sanderiana, but it does make a nice change, perhaps , from the big ones.
