Hello my fellow orchid lovers!

I purchased this Chaubardia Heteroclita (I think it's a young plant) online approximately six weeks ago. It came bare root and was somewhat "beat up". Some leaf tips had yellowing and black and one center leaf had a single black spot about 5-7mm across near the base of the leaf.

I potted this plant in moss in a 2 inch pot I waited a week or two and removed the black tips, applying cinnamon to the cuts.

I must say this little orchid has been growing steadily with new roots and new leaves arising. It seems to like to be moist and suited to the moss.

I'm concerned though that the discoloration and necrotic spots on the leaves are diseased. I haven't seen a return of the yellow and/or black areas so far...

Any ideas and suggestions what to do if I do see it again and what it could be?
