Default 1 Dozen Phal Scilleriana HELP

Hi everyone! I need help with my PHal Schillerianas. I bought a bunch (that was how the plants presented) of phal Schilleriana all tied up together, thinking that this huge bunch got all the roots all tangled up. So I just left it hanged there for a some days then i decided to separate them and mount them. When I remove the plants, I found out that only few of them really got roots, and most of them got roots that are cut to 1 inch short. and so I mount and repot them separately. But as of today, 3 days after repotting and mounting, most of the plants' leaves are so soft to touch and seemed to be not doing good. Any suggestions on how to save these phals??? Thanks in advance. Really need help badly.

    Jenn
