Has anyone ever grown this ? How ?

I have a plant , has slowly made a new ( third) bulb the same size as the two on when it was imported - the size of a small Conference Pear , say three inches or so high, long hard leaf . I've grown it in S/H. It seems to come from steep slopes, which means well-drained - as it is also often terrestrial, so I am thinlking of trying rockwool cubes, looking for the great leap forward - but any advice would be welcome.
If you don't klnow it - look at it in IOSPE - all of the pics - could be quite stunning I think.

I assume I am allowed in here, in this forum, as a "newbie" to ask the Seniors..?. (joke)
