I have been patiently waiting for my psychopsis to bloom, it has a nice 2 foot spike. I have wanted one of these for such a long time.

This morning I discover a grasshopper has loped off the bud, at the very top. Clean cut, couldn't have done better with my clippers.

Now, is there any chance this 2 ft spike will do anything more. Is this a lost cause for this year???????????? Boo
