Looks much better on the page than it does in the greenhouse, since the spikes are so close to the compost that they do not stand out well. An easy grower - my half doxen bulbs of a few years ago fills the half seed tray - about 8 inch x 6 inch - and there are more than 20 spikes. Som enjoy the pics, but don't bother to buy it, unless you are more fanatical about bulbo's than I am,would be my advice.
BTW the flowers are less than 1cm natural spread.
