Note: because of one particular "woo hoo" smiley who does some traveling, I disabled the smiliebox to the right of the text input field when you're typing a message. Mr. "Woo hoo" made the smiliebox extend far beyond the border of the editor.

Smilies are still available by clicking the smilie icon at the very top of the editor's function bar.
