What is this growing on my Phalaenopis orchid stem?

My Phalaenopsis noid is in bloom, 6 huge flowers on a single stem. Now that the buds are all open, it started growing something out of the very tip of the flowerstem. See the picture below. It looks like more buds are coming (a substem?). Could it be a keiki? But again, I have only seen keiki's growing on old stems that no longer have flowers on them. I'll have an answer soon enough but can't wait to find out - hence my post! What ever it is, it's great!
