Then fry them in the oil already in the pan
Dad usually places the mushrooms gills up in the pan, THEN he rubs the oil, herbs and garlic into the gills, so it starts to cook immediatly.








Though I'm sure that my shop bought mushrooms don't taste anywhere near as nice. Great thread Jordan.
