    Default Vandas in Flasks

    Hi all!

    My friend brought me three flasks of Vandas from Thailand. This is my first time ever to have flasks orchids. Quite a number of first-time orchid experiences for me lately hahaha! So happy yet so excited...and a bit worried? Anyway, I'm not very sure on what to do with these cause I am so afraid that they will wither as soon as I remove them from the flask...

    And one of them got a mold-like look on top of the gel, is this normal? Or need I deflask it already?
