Phals leaves with strange ornament

Hi,

yesterday I noticed a strange light brown and hard to touch "ornament" on my Phals leaf and on its crown. It cannot be hot sun because the orchid gets no direct sun.


I have never seen anything like that, maybe someone had this issue before? I would be very thankful for any help..
This Phal is growing a new leaf, so I hope this "ornament" is not a big deal.. plus it's growing in one pot with other three Phals..
