I have an opportunity to make another visit with the long holiday. Taking a rural flight service run by Malaysian airlines-Maswing Twin otter that only take 16 passengers, i managed to obtain a seat ( seats were over booked with the long holiday)

The flight took only 55mins. Flying above 9000ft providing a clear bird eyeview of the landscape. Lands were logged and transform into oil palm plantation.

From the interior the logs were transported by tug boat.


A distance away, quite visible of the airstrip, an impressive view of the world Heritage site-The Mulu National Park with its surrounding hills, mountains, and the Baram river.
