I don't order online a lot, because I hate paying the shipping and 'handling' charges. I have done it some, and my results have been about 80/20 good to excellent results. I must say that all but one of the bad experiences weren't really bad, as the vendors in question made good on either supplying healthier stock, or giving a full refund. My worse experience was someone on a internet auction site who sent seedlings at a price twice what I would expect to pay for that size plants, and wouldn't make good on one that died within a short time of receipt. Wish I had shows or an orchid society nearby so I could avoid buying sight unseen.
