Beautiful! I LOVE cristata crosses. I believe the cream you see sometimes may have more to do with the environment, like temp or brighter light. I know that Encyclia profusa is that pale green color when they open, and they atay that way unless you expose the blooms to very bright light. Just a thought. Regardless, your Paki is awesome.
