Schilleriana concerns

Greetings! I have this Schilleriana that seems to have growths almost at any point of the main "tree". I call it that for lack of better knowledge or info.

It tends to grow rather painfully slow perhaps since there are many "keikis" that it needs to support. Is this even considered that?

Should I cut the "keikis"? I have identified them from 1 to 5.

Would appreciate info on how to best care for this orchid.
