Hi I'm new to the forum, and also just a couple of months since I got the orchid bud. One of the species I've bought is a Holcoglossum Subulufolium, and have a query for the more experienced growers. My HS started growing which at first I thought could be a spike but its now obvious its a new leaf. Is it normal for HS to grow leaves from the middle of the plant as per pics attached? Also how big does the plant has to be for its first blooms, mine is in a 3" pot.
