Cattleya bowringiana caerulea blooms finally

Hello Everyone-

After three years of abortive, empty sheaths: my Cattleya bowringiana caerulea blooms finally. Maybe it just wasn't ready till now?



These above were taken two days ago in the studio under different lighting to see what happens with the blue colour. I was delighted how the high key lighting did't at all wash away the delicate colouring (which is naturally pale.)
