That is very beautiful Cym. well maybe you can get sphagnum moss just to cover the bottom/ base of the pseudobilb first of all soak into fungicide for about 10 to 20 minutes then cover with the moss use pot that having multiple holes and charcoal make sure you hang it to avoid snails or sludge that love the young roots, put under the shady area to encourage growth formation for your place make sure dont let the medium dry completely.
