Unlucky fruit fly on a Bulbophyllum praetervisum

Bulbophyllum praetervisum sure looks similar to macranthum.

I Initially thought as macharanthum but one of my friend told me is different especially the finer spotting, the coloration of the sepals, the triangular stellida on the column and the thicker lip as described by Jays.
