Ascocenda Ladda Gold and A Broken Aranda
First is the lovely Ascda. Ladda Gold, blooming again. I think each time it blooms it has a slightly different color. This time there is a lot more yellow in the background. These flowers are tough to get a picture of though. The sunlight brings out the orange and my camera can't seem to get it right today. lol Secondly; we have been having storms. The storms usually are hitting at night and are so strong it wakes me up. This is what happens when you twist tie a plant to the hanger. This is why baskets are sooo much better when it comes to high winds. In the second picture I used arrows to show where the plant broke. I basically twist tied the whole thing back onto the hanger until I see if the bottom will give me some keikei's. It's a good thing the upper section has such nice roots or it would be a long time before it recovered.
