That is a good idea Talila6, I have several Phalaenposis japonica (Orchid Taxonimists have declared Sederia japonicas Phalaenopsis) and I pot them like Neofinetina. Your plant is in bark, so watering this plant is going to be slightly different in sphagnum moss. Phal. japonica in moss takes longer to dry out than in bark. So you won't need to water as often.
