I have a rhyncolaelia glauca on a mount and have had it for years. It must have 75 pseudobulbs. I treat it like a cat. It grows outside in summer and has many new growths but hasn't had but one bloom in several years. I don't even know how I could split it if that's what's needed. All pseudobulbs have leaves. How can I get it to bloom?
