Default Unsure- mesophyll cell collapse or black spot on a plant with a keiki- please help!

Hi there, my first time posting on here and it's about my first orchid I was given two year ago.

It has developed dry black lesions in the middle of two leaves, is slightly wrinkled and yellowing and has a few black spots on leaves developing. It also has a new keiki that has sprouted and I'm desperate to find out what's wrong with it and save it!

Does anyone know what's wrong with it and what I can do?

Ps ignore the semi circle marks on the leaves, an old candle injury from when I first got it. Poor plant.
