Lesson learned!

Went to the grocery store to buy an orchid for my next door neighbors who just became first time parents.

I found a real nice phal that looked healthy and had lots of buds yet to open. So I snagged it, paid for it and went home.

When I got home I got a good look at it and I am not giving it up! So I learned: buy 2, so this doesn't happen. Now I have to go make another trip for the gift!

Quite healthy, 2 nice spikes, a new leaf growing and a keiki!
